As per IGNOU "students who are already enrolled in a programme of one-year or longer duration can also simultaneously register themselves for any certificate programme of 6 months duration. To get into FTII, the criteria is that you must graduate from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in any discipline, later then you have to crack an entrance exam conducted by FTII every, followed by a small interview.
