Hello Mateen, CSE branch of IIT-B is priority of top rankers of JEE Advanced pass outs. Here the cutoff is about +2 more than official intake! But then as a rule of thumb, one should be in 95 percentile to get admission here.

Hi, I would suggest you to pursue degree because in mere one year you can hardly get anything. Or, else, you want to go for Diploma then I would like to make you sure that Diploma in NIMC isn't up to the mark and would suggest you to consider this as the last option for you.

Manipal is a much better college than LNMIIT in almost all the aspects be it placement, academics or whatever. I am attaching my conversation with one of the LNMIIT student : I posted the placement stats of Manipal which are much better than those of LNMIIT, but one LNMIIT student won't ready to accept the truth. Here is how he started bashing Manipal, but lost in the end. There is no chance for you to get CSE branch in LNMIIT because the selection is on the basis of Mains number and the cut-off for CSE always remains above 135 marks. Your chances to get mechanical in LNMIIT is somewhere possible and after first semester on basis of your academics top 5 student can upgrade their branch to CSE.
