Hi Ayesha,
The cut-off keeps changing every year and with every stream. Over the last few years it has remained within the range of 70 to 78%. Keeping this in view you will have a chance of admission. If the cut-off increases drastically chances will be minimal.

Yes, you can. But, in the last round of the counselling as these private colleges wants to take maximum number of admission on the management quota, so that they can demand more from the last coming students, but in the last, when no one is there then they show their vacant seats in the counselling board.

You will not be able to get any purely government colleges. I would suggest GSITS-Indore in the college level Counselling after the JOSAA counselling that happens in the mid of July. Though, no official notification comes, you need to stay alert for it. Or, you can get into big private universities, which have their own entrance exams. Recommendations be LPU, AMITY UNIVERSITY, CHITKARA UNIVERSITY, MANIPAL UNIVERSITY, VIT etc. Best of luck.

Go for NIT, Warangal. Both are good colleges but as I am studying in NIT, Warangal I can tell you about it. The teachers are well educated and experienced. Practical exposure is good. Good library facility and more important along with classroom studies so many extracurricular activities are performed. The placements are also 100%.
