Yes, admissions are open for certain programs at Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit for the 2025-2026 academic year. Specifically, applications are being accepted for Postgraduate (PG) and Postgraduate Diploma programs, with the deadline for online applications.  

Sanskrit- Duration: 3 Years degree, Rs. 1,950/- per year and Rs. 5,850/- is the Total Fees

Music- Duration: 3 Years degree,  Rs. 1,950/- per year and Rs. 5,850/- Total Fees

The institution also provides Diploma and postgraduate Diploma programmes, with fees ranging from Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 5,000 depending on the programme and its length.

The university also offers Sankara Fellowships for Sanskrit/Philosophy Scholars of India to conduct research in the field. The university offers financial aid to economically disadvantaged students under the E-grantz scheme of the Government of Kerala.  The number of merit scholarships awarded in respect of each course is limited to 25% of the admitted strength (in each centre) in the respective course. As part of the Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship programme, the institution awards scholarships to SC/ST/OEC students, it also offers scholarships to students with disabilities.

Eight campuses make up the university's system of operations, including the main campus in Kalady and regional campuses in Thiruvananthapuram, Panmana, Thuravoor, Ettumanoor, Tirur, Koyilandy, and Payyannur. The majority of these campuses are situated in rural parts of the State with the intention of serving students from underprivileged backgrounds.

The Mess Food Is Of High and Good Quality for the Hostel Students and College Students also. There is Various Category of Food Available Everyday, So No Issue of Food Here. The hostel serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all of which are really wholesome and hygienic, the food at the mess is of good quality, the mess serves four meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.
