Hi,
As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation plus you need to take various entrance tests like CAT, MAT,XAT, ect.
Please note that some B-schools even conduct entrance exams of their own, so as per your profile I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute

Dear Vipul after +12 in science with PCB, there is a wide road. look at your financial background , your field of interest , your capacity and capability, then you proceed. you have option for BCA or BBA , LLB or Basic B Sc or Polytechnic or BE, B tech etc or banking sector. give preference to your interest.But one thing is sure -there is no substitute for hard work.work hard in any field , put your 100% effort you will get success.good luck
