If you have a time frame of 6-12 months then go for Web Design or Graphic Design and Visual Communication program.
Do your self analysis to identify most suitable option. While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's.

After this you can go for M.Sc in food technology. Generally admission is on the basis of merit list or marks in B.Sc.
These are some of the universities offering M.Sc food technology
Chattarpati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Jiwaji University, Lovely Professional University, GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Guru Jambeshwar University of Science and Technology, etc.
