Some Institutes in India provide admission in B.Sc. Anesthesia without NEET. The programme requires that students must read Physics Chemistry & Biology subjects in 12th class. The minimum eligibility required for this course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board and must have Physics Chemistry and Biology as their core subjects. In order to enroll in this course, the candidate can take admission on a merit basis as well as an entrance basis.

Under stream 1 maybe you can have chances to get other branch seats but not CSE/ECE because of JEE percentile. So attend counselling procedure so that you can try upto last you may get you wished. Otherwise you can have another chance that you may join in the branch you got in sastra for 1st year. If you done well in 1st year ( as every branch students have same courses in 1st year) by getting 9 CGP you can have a chance to get into CSE. Wish you luck.
