After having completed your Class 12th from the UP Board, you cannot apply with the CBSE board for an improvement exam. Every board allows only the those students for improvement exams who have appeared in their exams. Since you completed your Class 12th under the UP Board, you are eligible for improvement exams through the UP, not the CBSE.
For the reference, The CBSE allows candidates who have qualified in their Class 10th or 12th exams to take an improvement in one or more subjects, only in the succeeding year and only for students who originally appeared under the CBSE board.

The SC category rank is 528,489, and as a female, getting admission to a government college for MBBS, BAMS, or BDS is quite not easy. In government colleges, the seats are few, and cutoffs always keep on being much lower compared to your rank.
However, some options which you may consider are:
1. State Quotas: Among some states, the cutoffs vary, and there could be an opportunity in a less competitive state.
Private Colleges: Private colleges, where cutoffs for the SC category candidate might be marginally higher too, should be considered.
3. BAMS/BDS: These courses have lower cutoffs than MBBS, so you may get a better opportunity here.

Achieving 493 marks in NEET 2024 in Chhattisgarh SC category will likely bring success to get MBBS seat in GMC (Government Medical College) through state quota.
Last year, SC cutoff marks for Chhattisgarh state quota were in the range of 450-480 marks depending on the colleges. Possibly, GMC would have a little higher cutoff (470-490) due to demand, but it is under this or above it. With around 85% state quota seats reserved, your rank (approximately expected to be between 50,000 and 60,000) is quite in accordance with the previous trends for SC category candidates.

Yes you can get admission if you score enough in NEET. All universities accept improvement marksheets, and I haven't seen any exceptions so far.
For AIIMS, you should aim for a NEET score of 700 or more. Looking at last few years:
2023 cutoff: 57
2022 cutoff: 61
2021 cutoff: 53
This shows marks needed for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi.
Hope this helped your doubt! All the best!
