You are already a mechanical engineer. You just need to learn a few things. There are plenty of online courses available but as a Shiksha counsellor, I cannot recommend any specific private course. You just google it.

I don't think there is much difference between the two, if you want du stamp on your degree then you must go for NCWEB, but then again there is not much difference when it comes to weekend learning mode, there is not much to look out for.

While preparing for NEET 2020, pay the sincere efforts as you are preparing.
Second, be optimistic to your preparations, always. Prepare a practical timetable and follow it. Coming to the NEET Preparation Strategy
Stay updated with NEET syllabus and exam pattern. Prioritize the topics and prepare it accordingly. One more thing pay equal time to all the 3 subjects and prepare from the most recommended books only. Practice a lot, revise the content or else it will fade away. Include daily revision in your timetable. Complete NCERT reading each line, do not leave any diagram and use flow charts and prepare short notes to remember it

Hi,
The examination will be for 1hour, starting at 9.30am to 10.30am on 19th August.
It is a pen and paper base examination and would have questions for latest BA syllabus of NEHU.
The result of the examination is available the same day and the shortlisted students will have to go through a counselling session. Kindly carry valid photo ID cards and mark sheets to be checked and verified by university authority.
