NTA has released a notification moments back regarding the UGC NET 2020 Exam. As per the notification, the exam is postponed to 24th September 2020. Earlier the exam date announced for UGC NET 2020 was 16th-25th September which was postponed from June 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The reason given for the postponement is that NTA will be conducting ICAR Examination AIEEA-UG/PG and AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D. ) 2020-21 on 16, 17, 22 and 23 September 2020. You have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1or2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1). .

Congratulations Vandana, for securing a very good rank in JEE Mains. You should definitely opt for CSE in IIIT DELHI as it is a super tech university and will serve you better placement and environment to nurture your computer skills. Fill JoSSA as well and fill IIIT Hyderabad CSE too as it will be the best option for you its better than many IITs as well.
