To help you I am attaching list of cutoffs announced by NTA last year for different categories of students. This may give you some idea. Cut-off for JEE Advance

You mentioned that you belong to EWS Quota and are interested in pursuing CSE from Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Bhimavaram. Based on your rank, it is less likely for you to get admission to CSE at SVECW as your performance is not up to the par. In 2022, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Cutoff Rank prescribed for admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in SVECW was 2224 (for general candidates) and around 8398 (for EWS reservation). So, you need to call the University directly for seat is available or not.
