Hi, the UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. This body is responsible for conducting various union level examination. The examination is a three-tier process. Mechanical engineering is one of those branch in engineering which has a good career prospects in India as well as abroad. A MS degree in the same field that too from US will surely increase your job prospects in India as well as abroad.You can have good career prospects in the fields like thermal engineering, design, and production engineering etc.
But please remember getting a job depends entirely upon knowledge level and calibre of the student.
