Hi, the UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. This body is responsible for conducting various union level examination. The examination is a three-tier process. The preliminary examination is objective in nature and held in the month of May. Yes, nothing is wrong to pursue MBA however the minimum percentage required for MBA is 50
still you should not loose hope, you can search a job in marketing and after gaining 2-3 years experience you can go for a distance learning MBA

As your relatives are living in US they can be really helpful in many ways like, they can be a moral support to you, you can stay with them, and this can lower your living expenses.
But please remember you course fee will remain the same irrespective of your relative living in US or not.

It all depends on your interest and where you feel most comfortable . If you like a call center type of job, you can go ahead for marketing communication. Advertising involves a lot of imagination and thinking from an aesthetic point of view.Retail is more or less a down-to-earth job.
