Yes, IMS accept CMAT score for it's MBA FT programme. Cut off varies every year, but is you have scored percentile above 80 85 percentile then you will definitely get admission.

If you are currently working in a company then you can pursue your Masters degree through IGNOU. But if you are not working in any company then you should pursue your Masters degree through regular college admission and not from distance learning.

No, IGNOU is offering full-time course of Bachelor of physical education. For 1 year, it would be good if you try it. There will be entrance for the same, fitness test, and interview. If you are enthusiastic about it this course is of 1 year. Fees is around 7000. Do try it, the college reviews show that there are good placements after.
