The application process is online. Below-mentioned steps can be followed to apply for the UG course:

1. Visit BU Coimbatore's official website (b-u.ac.in).
2. Open the admission tab and fill out the application form.
3. Upload scanned photograph, signatures, and required documents in the prescribed format.
4. Pay the application fees and submit the application.

 Admission to M.Tech is based on candidates’ scores obtained in the GATE exam.

The total tuition fee for the three-year BA course ranges between INR 1,380 – INR 3.6 lakh. This given fee is calculated as per the data available on unofficial sources and hence is indicative. Candidates have to pay some amount from the total fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat. The mode of payment accepted can be confirmed by the university. The total fee of the two-year M.Tech programme is Rs 3 lakh.

The minimum eligibility requirement for BA course admission is a class 12 or equivalent examination pass with a qualifying percentage. Candidates further must have been awarded the UG degree by a recognised board. The university also shortlists candidates for selection based on aggregate in Class 12/or equivalent exams. Further, aspirants must have the pass certificate at the time of form filling and admission for verification.

To register for MHT CET counselling, candidates have to visit the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org and register online with the details asked.

A total of five BTech specialisations are offered, namely Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Information Technology. The institute also offers sub-specialisations under each BTech specialisation.

The MHT CET counselling 2024 will start on July 14, 2024. The MHT CET counselling will be conducted by Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The counselling and seat allotment process will be done in three rounds. Candidates who had appeared in MHT CET 2024 exam will be able to download their scorecard on June 10. MHT CET official website is mahacet.org. To download the scorecard, candidates will need to login on the website using their registered email ID and password. After login, MHT CET 2024 result scorecard will be displayed on the screen. The scorecard will have details of percentile scores secured by the candidate in each subject, aggregate percentile score and basic details like name, parents details, category.

Admission to the PG course is both entrance and merit-based. For 15 specialisations, the admission is merit-based and for the other 11, admission is through the in-house entrance exam. The MHT CET 2024 outcome will be released on June 12 at the latest. The MHT CET results for the PCM and PCB groups will be released simultaneously. Following the exam, the precise MHT CET 2024 result date will be disclosed.
