Dear Mandar,
Yes, it will be helpful if you do your MS in Australia in the same line. You need to do your IELTS and score overall 6.5 with no band less than 6 for majority of the universities and at the least should have 65% or equivalent in your BE.
Your work experience will give you an edge, when you apply for work later, also do not choose an MS with less than 2 years duration as this will make you ineligible for PR later on.

Yes, BMS is equivalent to BBA. BBA is more known nationwide. BMS is known in Mumbai and Delhi. You have to check the college criteria for MBA, which UG course do they want for admission in particular course?
