See that completely depends on the exam center and the facilities they provide. You can carry anything you wish to outside the exam hall but you cannot be sure that the exam center will have any security deposit facilities. So if you are taking somebody with you better hand over your possessions to your company.

Inter transfer between the two different Universities is a big challenge and normally doesn't happened easily. You need to seek approval (NOC) from Vice Chancellor of parent University (Kolhapur University). Then you have to approach to Karnataka University, where admission is likely to be sought after. The newly approached university may ask you to start a fresh and your request for the continuance for the second year a downward may not materialize. So, you need to take a cautious step before you take a step of switching over from one university to other one.

First you need to obtained the No objection certificate from Suryadatta College regarding this. Then you have to approach to Ness Wadia College of Commerce, where you wish to pursue the further course of study. Further there is no provision of direct 2nd year admission in BBA-IB in any college, because students of first year are only eligible to get promotion in 2nd year of course.
