Comparing colleges on the basis of studies and placement is something you need to be very careful of and carry an analysis based on your the feedback from students of LBSIM and BIMTECH if you have any friends. Placement opportunities are a lot in BIMTECH and one has to be intelligent enough to grab it and regarding LBSIM i think you should consult with the current students of the college rather than looking on website.
