If your rank is not given in your result card then i think you can check your rank with the help of previous year cutoffs.
From the previous year cutoffs you can easily predict whether you have got a rank under 15k or not.
Because the cutoff changes every year,since it depends on:
No of students applied
No of students qualified
Difficulty level
Previous year cutoffs

It depends on your stream if you are from pcm background you should target top 5 iits and if from commerce with maths background then definetly go with SRCC as it is the best UG for pe ib and consulting in india
