Hi Vikash,
I can tell you about the Delhi Business School as i am a student there and it is defininitely one of the best BSchools in Delhi for MAT appeared students. I myself had secured 85% last year and chose it over others.
But still I would say that before choosing any Business School. You should always ask a B School by paying a visit there about the following there
1 About the Course/Faculty
2. The fee structure and Affiliation
3. The Placements and the companies visiting.
For example I am a student at the Delhi Business School and Pursuing a degree in Finance and Marketing. What i am experiencing is a very industry related course curriculum beacuse of which i have got great summer placement with HSBC global. Liekwise as a student you could learn Health care management as well as doing Finance courses which means a dual MBA. Top that up with a diploma in Entrpreneurship and business and you are ideally positioned in your career graph.
My seniors last year had 100% placements the last year at the Delhi Business School.

Mass Comm. is a very broad term which includes many things such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. As it will be difficult for me to explain every category of Mass Comm/ Media to you in brief, I am providing you with few article links below, kindly refer to them to get a better idea.

If you want you can pursue mass comm in your graduation, you can opt for courses like BJMC, Eng hons., BMS etc. or else you can pursue it after your graduation in your PG.

Application
Students apply by submitting the application form and requirements to the Office for Student Services, Admissions and Registration (SSAR).
Applicants are required to submit a properly accomplished application form. The form can be obtained by requesting for hard copies from the SSAR, or by downloading the PDF file copy from the website.
The form must be submitted with the following requirements:
a. Admissions essays (see back of the form)
b. copy of birth certificate (for Filipinos) or first two pages of the passport (for overseas students)
c. Transcript of Records (TOR) or Marks Sheets indicating that the student has obtained the bachelor''s degree. Sometimes, the information is contained in a separate certificate. In the absence of the certificate, a copy of the college diploma will be required.
d. Recommendation Forms (Professional and Academic). These are also downloadable from the website.
e. Certificate of Employment, indicating at least 2 years of work experience. Aggregate work experience is accepted, as long as a certificate covers each employment period.

Yes, like the others said, u can go fr BBA but have to start up all over again!.and BBA itself isnt a really prospective qualification unless followed by an MBA from a good b-school.
dude trust me u've been halfway through.just complete the other damn half and plan for a good MBA.dropping out isnt a good idea unless,like Mr. Vikas said,if u do have a concrete plan after BBA!.
.well, the decision is yours.but my advice is.its still january.make a list of colleges for bba u plan to attend.include all the good ones like symbiosis,DU(SSCBS),Bharati Vidyapeeth,Pune University(those r the ones i know well)etc.know EVERYTHING about their admission criteria.and decide which ones ur gonna apply for.prepare well.DONT leave ur engineering course until u r sure u'll get admission into a BBA college that is worth dropping out for.goodluck :) .btw i'm an engineering dropout myself ;)

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well.
