There is a limited scope of btech(it) when compared to btech(cs). Because in IT you get only a little knowledge about hardware and software, whereas in cs you will given in depth knowledge about computers. Also the average salary of a person with btech(it) is less than that what a btech(cs) would get. So i would suggest you to take up btech(cs).

Exam Required-JEE Mains 3841 (rank)
Eligibility
Candidate should be 10 + 2 pass with minimum 60% marks (55% marks in case of S.C./S.T./Physically Challenged).
