Sorry, it is not possible to avail any kind of reservation.The two years when you do MBA lot of reservation based scholarship will be announced by the government but you won't be able to get it because of the mistake done. For general candidates, you can get seats but you won't get a scholarship and other benefits.This is the issue with the mistake you committed.Try to clarify this issue with college authorities before taking admission in a particular college.

There will be an additional fee for caution money of Rs. 3000 which is refundable thus the total fee will be Rs.114100.

First, congratulations on completing B.Tech. You need to take the GATE in the process to get admission into the good colleges for the M.Tech. The M.Tech will allow you to go for the lectureship or Master's degree in your field. The GATE exam is an entrance exam for the selection of the candidates in the IIT, NIT or other top institutes for M.Tech. There are other exams like IIT JAM CSIR NET exams for the science stream candidates. You can take a look all the options and appear for the exam according to your eligibility.

Actually, cut-off gets decided by the highest marks obtained by a particular student.
As far as 2017 is concerned, the cut-off for computers was 143 in GCLM and 148 in the open category.

The major drawback of this course is the limited opportunities in our country. If you have 1-year experience, you will get a good international business related job with a good package.The salary package of this course will start from 5 lakhs to more than 30 lakhs. So I would suggest you to study the course in other countries.
