So in short, tuition itself is about ₹10 L-₹21 L for the whole degree, and with hostel and mess costs added, the total goes closer to ₹28 L-₹31 L for four years.

Yes, Quantum University is good for a B.Tech. From my experience and what I have seen, the university gives a strong foundation in engineering along with practical skills.
