As per your profile since you are a MBA finance graduate, so in that case pursuing Phd in topic related to finance would be the best option for you.
You may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a topic for pursuing Phd:
- Is the proposed topic worth researching and will it lead to significant new knowledge and a PhD.
- Is it possible to find a supervisor who knows the field and will be able to provide an appropriate level of support and guidance

It is crucial at the start of a PhD project to select an appropriate research topic, therefore you should discuss your proposals with potential supervisors and with students who are already embarked on their projects.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission.

* B.E/B.Tech cannot be pursued through correspondence mode as such degrees are not approved by AICTE.
* You may opt for regular course as it always score more than a correspondence one. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
* To be eligible, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.

In order to pursue master degree in computer science from Australia you need to have undergraduate degree in computer science, ECE and related fields with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
Preferred TOEFL score- 90-100 plus.
Preferred IELTS score- 6-7 bands plus.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from university to university.
Please note that the main intake for all Australian universities is February. Every university opens admissions for all courses that they offer, for the February intake. There is also a Mid-year intake offered by some Australian Universities during July.
