The exit rules for different colleges are different. You need to check it with your college your university regarding the exit rules considering your medical situation. You can contact the board, where you have appeared for your class 10th, 12th examinations regarding procedure for obtaining duplicate marks card in case your college or university refuses to return them. Most colleges ask to pay the complete fees for the entire course to get the documents back.

You did not mention if you are a PCB student or PCM. Also, you have to be more specific with your interests so that I can guide you accordingly. Here are some common optional subjects but the list will vary from school to school.
Biotechnology, geography, economics, business, agriculture, computer science/informatics practices, graphic design and mass media studies and much more.
Take a psychometric test to know your aptitude and figure out what you like.
