The exit rules for different colleges are different. You need to check it with your college your university regarding the exit rules considering your medical situation. You can contact the board, where you have appeared for your class 10th, 12th examinations regarding procedure for obtaining duplicate marks card in case your college or university refuses to return them. Most colleges ask to pay the complete fees for the entire course to get the documents back.

XIMB for RM is very good. The growth for RM in India is huge and the companies in future will try to exploit the sector for growth.

This is mainly because of the n number of activities which are there in city campus. But when it comes to academic performance, students in Kengeri perform better. You did not mention if you are a PCB student or PCM. Also, you have to be more specific with your interests so that I can guide you accordingly. Here are some common optional subjects but the list will vary from school to school.
Biotechnology, geography, economics, business, agriculture, computer science/informatics practices, graphic design and mass media studies and much more.
Take a psychometric test to know your aptitude and figure out what you like.

You should try to get admission in Australian Universities and Universities in NZ. They are far better than Poland. They also have better infrastructure.

If you have interest in social science, then it is better to pursue BA and prepare of IAS exam.

If you completed your B.Com with 50% or above then go for MBA in finance from reputed B-School after cracking any of the management entrance exam, which is enough market demand simultaneously your aspiration for going through economics will be supplemented.

Diploma in electrical engineering is a good choice. After completing this course, you will have more opportunities in government sector, public sector and private sector. It is a core branch of engineering. Moreover, after completing Diploma in engineering, you can also pursue B.Tech through direct admission in 2nd year of engineering.

If you are truly interested in ethical hacking, you should first complete your B.Sc or B.Tech in computer science or in IT. Then go for any one of the following course:-
