When I was looking out for good institutes for my wife's training 6 months back, I came to know about ICRI. There were other options too but since ICRI had the most positive reviews, we chose it over others, one BIG mistake we committed!
During the introductory sessions at Nehru Place, Delhi the counselor promised us moon saying even before completion of course, my wife will have a job in hand. They also said that they provide paid internships and their students get the best placement and package! What nonsense!
During the course itself, we felt something amiss. The classes were conducted at irregular intervals and on many occasions they were there just for name sake to pacify students. Software (Argus safety) exposure was not given though it was promised at the time of admission. However, the worst came towards the end of the course. The students were told to do internship without any salary and that too they pretended to be doing a favor. Students from previous batches were still not placed and were engaged in free internships in some hospitals!
When students asked for a clarification on their commitments made earlier they were either given false assurances or they didnt respond or didnt give straight answers. Finally we gave up on them and my wife managed to get a decent job but all through our own efforts. Last but not the least, even after these, their fee at 2.15L for a six month course, is the highest in the industry!
May be ICRI was a good brand earlier, but not anymore. I caution everyone to think hundred times before joining it.
