Yes you can do Masters in Psychology even after doing graduation from computer Science but it depends on the university and country where you can apply. Some universities like Amity University, IGNOU etc. allows non psychology graduates to pursue post graduation in Psychology. But some universities didn't allow non psychology graduates to pursue Masters in psychology.

1.If you are non psychology graduates then shortlist those universities that accept non psychology graduates to pursue Masters in  Psychology .

2. After shortlisting the universities prepare  yourself for the entrance test as some  universities give admission on the basis of  their entrance test

3. For entrance test prepare for basic  psychology and reasoning

4. After all this apply for M.A/M.Sc Psychology
