After completing your B.tech you have 2 options, i.e:
1.To opt for a Job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA or M.tech)
As per your profile, I would suggest you, that you should work for 2-3 years after completing your B.tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related fields, where as if you are interested in management then you can pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
