Graduation is course duration of minimium three years after 10+2. This may be in form of Science, commerce or arts. Graduation can also be pursued in Technical and operational education like Tourism, Insurance etc. Graduation equivalence can be explained in this way.
You are applying for Masters of Computer Applications in 2013.
This Degree may suggest that Bachelors of Computer Applications is required. But B.Sc, even BA are also elligible for MCA. So B.Sc, B.A are equivalent.
Recognized university means that University must be approved by AICTE & UGC.

You should prefer IITs, Hindustan University, Anna University

in order to take admission in RWTH Aachen's Automotive engineering program then you must need at least 60%in your undergraduation so that your admission would be confirmed.
This program is taught in german and you must be fluent in German (oral and written), in order to understand lectures, textbooks and manuals in German and to participate in lab projects, industrial internships and examinations.You also required to take- Test German as a Foreign Language (Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache = TestDaF) with at least level 4 in all examination areas.

CAT / ATMA / CMAT scores are considered for PGDM Admissions.whereas MMS is handled by DTE and consider only CMAT scores.

It is 40 percentile.
