There are short term courses in I.I.T after B.Sc. Physics which will be better for you. Even placements are linked with these skill enhancement courses catered by Indian Institute of Technology. Doing I.T.I after graduation is a backward move because you are already an honorable Graduate. More over by investing 2 more years as required in ITI you can opt for a Masters Degree i.e M.Sc. (Physics) with specialization in Electronics, Mechanics, Robotics, Nanotechnology, Aviation and space technology.In long run basic degrees help in career development or to rise higher.
