CBSE Improvement Exam can be taken in one or more subjects in the succeeding year only after passing the subject in Class XII. The examination would take place in March and the result will be declared in May.

You can actually go for Executive MBA. If you wish to continue working while studying, it's the best option. There are few colleges in India which offers Executive MBA with 3 years of experience and some offers with 5 years of experience. You just need to clear their entrance exams.
