M.Des is a 2-year programme in MIT. The basic eligibility for admissions in the Master of Design programme is graduate or its equivalent (10+2+3 minimum), the students have to clear the admission process comprising of design aptitude test followed by studio test & personal interview.

Nothing comes to you on it's own. You need to work hard for it. If you think it is easy to crack the entrance exam, you are wrong. But, it is not too difficult and can be cleared easily. Yes, there is merit based criteria, but the cut off is very high.

No, it won't. Without a law degree, how will you get into a law firm?
A Diploma in IPR won't get you a better position because there are people out there who have done Masters in IPR laws and they will be preferred obviously.

UGC NET is not conducted in rural development, but you can apply for the NET exam in similar subject I. e. Sociology. But you must have Master's degree to apply for the exam with minimum 55% aggregate marks. As per the latest notifications the NET Dec 2018 application process has been started from the 1st September 2018. If you fulfill all the requirements of the exam then hurry up and fill the form.
