Eligibility criteria-
Candidates must have 50% marks or an equivalent grade in any of the following programs: B.Ed./ B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed./B.EI.Ed./ D.EI.Ed. with an undergraduate/postgraduate degree (with 50% marks in each) or any equivalent grade.
Final year appearing candidate can also apply on provisional basis.

You can go with any field as you can become IAS officer after any field but if you are firmative with that you want to become IAS officer then you should go with Arts field as many subjects are related. But if your interest is in other field after studying that also you can go for IAS officer.
