It totally depends on your interests. Event management requires a lot of creativity along with the physical labor as well, but with a keen interest in the field, you won't feel much burdened ever. On the other hand, other options of MBA from the National Academy of Event Management will also help you in flourishing and growing but then again, go where your interests fall. Explore yourself and try to stick to one field. All the best.
