I can understand your situation. As per the information available, minimum marks in PCM should be 60% while you have scored 59%. Right? Normally these criteria are not tinkered and I am afraid you would not be able to appear for WBJEE and as a result seek admission in any engineering college. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of the eligibility. The cut-off rank for Jadavpur university is mentioned below. - For General candidates, it will be around 161 - 541

It is nearly impossible to get an interview call from Thakur college for its PGDM program at that low CET score. It's better if you give CET and/or other exam again.

If you are non medical student and your interest is in B.Tech, then don't confuse yourself. Go with your interest area. It's a good choice for a good college. Due to this no link is available anywhere including on Website of Anna University. You will have to keep looking for adverts in newspaper for announcement.
