Hi,
In order to pursue undergraduate course from Canada, you need to have:
12 years of education, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada, have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year.,the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
Some of the universities offering course of your interest are as follows:
