Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects, as you are pursuing undergraduate degree in hotel management, so after this pursuing MBA in HR would be a good option.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.
