4 is a very low score. You should retake your IELTS . You can also check the university websites for English language foundation programmes. Every university offers such foundation programs for international students not meeting IELTS requirement. Check British Council website too.

It is good decision to pursue MMS degree and going through this degree you will gain alot of knowledge and skills that it can help you in your future. If you have any kind of job experience earlier and then doing MMS.
