Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc.
I would suggest you to not to worry so much with the fee concern, rather put in your best to crack the seat in best colleges across and moreover, almost all educational hubs offer scholarships, education loans and even financial assistance to its students.

Both involves concepts such as taxation, auditing, account maintenance, cost accounting, etc. I would say that do not be demotivated. Work hard on your basic accountancy, analyze your weak points and work for them.
I would advice you to pick graduation along with a coaching only for Accounts. And once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick CS or ICWA.
