I will, Banasthalu University as it has good staff of CS department as well all labs are well-equipped with all necessary facilities. Mark it B.Tech with CS is known to be best in this college and reaching staff is quite supportive and well educated with good teaching skills. There is quite strictness if we talk about this department, but known to be best in every aspect.

Select civil, if you want government jobs in future. And also, if you are planning to go for IES exams and there is very less chance in private sector in terms of package. While electrical branch has a good future, also good placement and there is equally opportunities in public and in private sectors.
