Hello Abhinav, syllabus for any course is approved and prescribed by the University and all the colleges which are affiliated to the universities are expected and mandated to follow this syllabus. You can therefore check on the website of the university under which you intend to study and normally all the universities have made information about syllabus as downloadable in PDF format, so you can download it yourself by visiting the website. Hotel management is not just about cooking. There are various sectors in which you can have a career. The examples are food and beverage operations, accommodation operations, front office operations and Culinary operations. If you would like to have Culinary operations then there is no particular thing to cook but you also have to know the basics of cooking the vegetarian and non-vegetarian which can help you throughout your career. Hello Kartik, it's very nice to hear from you that you want to go to Germany to study automotive. As you must be aware, colleges abroad do not give admissions based solely on academic performance but on host of other parameters. In view of this I would like to strongly advise you to approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to Germany for higher studies since they would be knowing different aspects of the process. Best wishes to you.
