Hi Shweta, different countries have different admission criteria. To apply to univ in USA one needs to have 2 yrs of work ex, GMAT of 600 +, IELTS - 6.5 min.
FOr freshers there are options in UK and Australia. There is no requirement of GMAT for freshers but of IELTS and a minimum of 60% in UG from a good Indian Univ.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
In Australia the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.

Yet as there are several institutes, the same shall differ in there admission procedures, eligibility and other intricate aspects like fees, curriculum etc. This all will help you to decide about a particular institute.

HI Parin, you not specified the course that you are interested and put the same question under 3 universities. All the universities you have specified are top notch in Germany.
They offer courses in English for international students and such programs are called International study programs. You can look for a course of interest under the same category.
A 6.0- 6.5 in IELTS and GRE score of a minimum of 1300 should make you eligible to apply for admission to these universities.
The courses that you can opt for after BE Mechanical are varied but some that you can take up are : Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive.
Other than the ones you have put your query in you can also look into TU Ilmenau, KIT Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, University of Magdeburg, TU Clausthal for Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
