Hello Komal, 'Ramanujan College' is better than 'PGDAV' because the former is ranked at 26 by MHRD'S NIRF rankings in 2018. While the latter is no where in the top 100. 'Ramanujan' has got better placements and exposure offered and thus better 'graduation outcome'. .
