I think this question has been asked umpteenth time and various people have answered it in different viewpoints also. Do Master's degree in the University you like. Rather than looking into future way ahead of it. I don't say you shouldn't look into it. But taking people's opinion as the sole truth is never good either. Job opportunities are everywhere for people who are skilled, smart and have a will to learn. Don't opt Germany if you are not willing to learn the language. Germany has opportunities and people say that finding a job after graduation is bleak because they were not willing learn the language or improve themselves. There would be exceptions I agree. But, generalizing this is wrong. It is just my opinion. In Canada government and people are friendly and you can find it easier to get PR there than from US or Germany. But based on number of opportunities you get for an engineer, I didn't opt it.
Cost of education is least in Germany and top institutions in all three countries are good. If you have money, opt US. I am from an average Indian family, for me top institutions in Germany was always the dream. Ease of finding job:
USA: No need to learn language so of you have skills and talent, you get the job. GERMANY: you need to learn language, else finding mid-level companies hiring you is really rare. Although MNC do hire if your English is good and you have the skills. CANADA: you do not need to learn language, but job opportunities in engineering sector is not as high as the two mentioned above. I hope you get a rough idea to help you decide. In short note, companies like to hire skilled and talented people no matter where you study. So make it a point to learn the subjects well and earn skills to work after graduation. Focus on getting admission in good college that provides a good curriculum according to specialization you like. Rest are all secondary.
