Based on the eligibility criteria, it seems that if you have completed your 10+2 with Commerce stream, you may not be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing programme of IGNOU. This is because Commerce stream does not include the mandatory subjects of Physics Chemistry and Biology.

Dear Student, For legal aptitude you've three things. You're provided with principle/s and then there are facts. Then you've the options from which you need to choose. The first thing to keep in mind is that the principle is the ultimate. Don't ever try to apply the general knowledge you have about the law while solving your questions. If the principle says theft is not an offence then for the 0.30 seconds you take to solve the question you must abide by that. Actually the 1st year is common for all and you can opt for hons in 2nd year, but yes with this much percentage you will easily get admission in GGDSD.

First of all Maths is not compulsory for pursuing B.Com course in DU. It is compulsory for B.Com (Hons) not for B.Com. There are many colleges which provide the course of B.Com in DU. I am mentioning the name of some colleges below-
North campus:-
1. Daulat Ram College
2. Ramjas College
3. Kirori Mal college
South campus:-
1. Shahid Bhagat Singh College

No actually you are not eligible for admission in any government college, NIT, IIT or any other reputed private college like VIT, SRM, BITS PILLANI etc. This is because the eligibility for these are minimum 75% in class 12th. But definitely you can apply for any other private college those who don't consider this eligibility criteria. ALL THE BEST.
