The difference in CA and ICWA are-
ICWA degree provides the knowledge on how to manage finance competently and CA degree gives you the knowledge of taxation, auditing, and accounting. You can apply for CA course after passing class 12th while for the ICWA foundation course you have to pass class 10th or equivalent exam from any recognized board. According to this link, it says it has at present 183 students. But, you should go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college as seats are subject to revision. Hope these links will help you.
