Hello Mohammad Patel, if you are treating Diploma as equivalent to 12th then yes without any hesitation. However if you intend to use Diploma to seek admission directly into the second year of four year degree course under lateral mode of admission then you need to visit the website of the directorate of technical education of your state. Here you will find in tabular form information as to what branches of engineering graduation are available for Diploma holders of different branches. You have to follow this. Best wishes to you.
