Hi,
The moment a student joins GEMS B SCHOOL, he/she immediately gets placed in a Job related to the specialisation in MBA.
The student will work for five days a week in an industry, and study for two days in the GEMS B SCHOOL campus. This is because management is a skill which cannot be learnt by merely hearing, reading and observing, it is learnt by DOING. GEMS B SCHOOL will place the student in a suitable job related to the student's specialisation like HR, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Banking, Construction, etc. The student will be paid a full-time salary and not a stipend for this job. For vocab go for Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis
It is brilliant book that helps you build a strong vocab. I would suggest you to buy this book and keep reading it again.
The book does not forces you to memorize any word, it explains the origin and history behind the word and hence making it easier to remember the words.

Hi Shivam,
The particular degree is not named M. Tech unlike in India and one has to choose a speciality such as Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering or Information Technology etc. Depending on the preferred course, the requirements will vary.
Under general circumstances, to be considered for Masters in Engineering, you must have graduated with a bachelors degree in a related field and/or studied physics, chemistry and mathematics and scores more than 60%. Being an international student, you must appear for IELTS as well. Hope this helps.

Hi Sanket,
If you are already pursuing MS Physics, you may not be eligible for MS Physics once again in US. For this, please write to the university department heads and enquire. To be eligible you must have good academic scores and a GRE including Advanced Physics test for some colleges. Some colleges will require you to give the GRE not later than November so please check the university requirements on their websites. Though scores are important, research projects, hands-on experience in labs and other significant achievements are of utmost importance. Being an international student TOEFL scores are also required.
