Hello,
I doubt your eligibility for admission in a Canadian university, a three year degree is not easily accepted, also the desired program needs related education background and work experience. You should still check the university's websites for entry requirements such as University of British Columbia, Dalhousie University etc.

No, because Universities are different. I think you should start from the beginning. If you are in college, which is part of any university, you can migrate to university but not to other universities.

I want to tell you that you are eligible for doing CA but your field is totally different, so you have to start with the beginning means you have to gain basics of commerce stream. I have seen many students who do CA, and they belong to the Science background, so it is impossible, but you have to work hard. All the best.
