After Bcom one can pursue lots of courses further, one will be eligible for MCom, MBA, PGDM etc also eligible for 3 years LLB, CS (COMPANY SECRETARY) and lot more.
I suggest you to choose and pursue a course that you love the most, after all success lies in passion.

Scholarships are awarded on various criteria. The norms vary for different universities and programs.
Generally they are as followed:-
Merit scholarships: On the basis of overall academic achievement.
Need-Based Scholarships: Designed to fund the less-fortunate students in their academic pursuits.
Athletic Scholarships: Given to star athletes by some universities to recruit them for the athletic teams.
School-Based Individual Scholarships: Specific scholarships relevant to the university.
Full/Partial Scholarship : Most times students are given partial scholarships which normally cover simply living, simply books, or part of the tuition

CA (charted accountant) os a professional course offered by ICAI, it is a statutory body regulates accounting standards in inda, the basic eligibility's. To pursue Ca is to complete HSC and then crack CPT followed by IPCC 3 years article ship under any CA and Ca final all it will take minimum 5 years or more.
where as MBA, it is a post graduate degree offering by various universities', for a regular MBA one has to crack MBA entrance, most MBA courses are for 2 years,
