You will definitely get admission in engineering college but which college and which branch will depend on how those placed above you give their choices. Sorry Falak, The last year closing rank at NIT Hamirpur in B.Arch course was 1724 in asked category under the other state quota, while 10067 was the CRL rank in special rounds of allotment. So keeping the last year of trend in consideration, your chances are very less.

Hello my friend, your ranking in JEE Mains appears to be quite good but unfortunately this ranking is of no use for seeking admission in any IIT. For getting admission into IIT student needs to appear for and pass with good marks JEE advanced entrance examination. If you had appeared for this and got a good ranking then you have chances of getting admission in any of the IIT. For the branch of CSE, student needs to be in the top bracket of percentile then only has some chances.
